With all respect of the nature on beautiful Ibiza we want Can Shanti blend naturally into the landscape. We find it a challenge to keep our footprint as low as possible.
The water we use in our finca comes from a natural source. The gray used water is collected and purified through a helophyte filter and is used for watering the garden. A heath pump warms up the water in the finca and warms you up during colder days.

Shelter bees and hedgehogs
All over the land of can Shanti you will watch special hedgehog shelter houses. The hedgehogs are having a tough time in Ibiza. With special houses we are trying to give the hedgehogs a safe hiding place. Bees also feel at home at can Shanti. Hives are at the back of the land. Feel free to taste the honey at the MRS BEE shop.
Organic olive oil
Of course we want to make our own organic olive oil. Unfortunately our trees are a little too young at the moment. Be continued:-).
